Customs, Taxes, and Duties

All import duties, taxes and custom fees issued by government differ from country to country. KAHESA is not responsible for any of these charges issued by your local government. These charges are to be bear by the recipient and for further clarification, you will have to contact your local customs office. We will not be able to refund shipping fees and taxes for packages that are refused due to tax and customs duties. If a shipment is lost or you refuse a shipment due to the local taxes or duties not being paid, KAHESA will not issue you a refund for your order.
